Quantum Blackjack Live

We offer the eight deck Quantum Blackjack Live game with the addition of Quantum Multipliers, played against a live dealer at a real Blackjack table. The seat can host an unlimited number of players.

Note that you can place any bets, but the multiplier affects only the main bet and your payout if you win with a hand that contains multiplier card(s).

Betting flow

  • If a game round is in progress when you enter the table, please wait for the next one, and then, place your bets.
  • To place a bet, choose a chip and place it on the betting position.
  • You can place several chips on different betting positions simultaneously.
  • The timer in the game window shows how much time you have left to place your bets.
  • After the No More Bets signal, the game round begins.
  • Winnings are paid for the winning bets at the end of each game round.
  • To play a game round, place your bets again or use the Rebet button.
  • To skip a turn, simply do not place any bets on the table.

Game flow

  • First, you must place the main bet, and then you get to place the optional side bets.
  • After the bets have been confirmed, up to three (3) special cards are randomly selected from a single deck of digital cards. Each card is assigned a multiplier, possible multipliers are x3, x5 and x10.
  • Next, the dealer deals four cards: first card face up to the player, second card face up to dealer, third card face up to the player and fourth card face down to the dealer.
    • If the dealer shows an Ace in their initial hand, you get the option to Insure your hand against dealer’s Blackjack. If that is the case, dealer reveals their Blackjack directly after the insurance round and ends the game.
  • Next comes the action round, and you can choose to Hit, Stand, Double or Split. If you do not make a move, you automatically Stand.
  • Once all the players have made their choices, dealer begins to draw cards. Dealer stands on soft 17.
  • If you beat the dealer with a hand that contains multiplier card(s), your payout is enhanced by the multiplier(s).
  • If every player at the table busts (scores higher than 21), the round is over. The dealer does not draw additional cards.

Card shuffle

Eight pre-shuffled decks are used in the game and cards are shuffled with a shuffling machine. Each time a new set of cards is ready, all previous cards are removed. Dealer takes cards directly from the shuffling machine.

Burn cards before game round: If enabled by the service provider, then right after the multipliers have been announced, the dealer draws the first card face up and the number of cards that corresponds to the value of the first card is burned (i.e. discarded), face down.

Golden Chip

Note: This feature can be enabled or disabled by your service provider.

Golden Chips are bonus chips that are awarded to you in certain table games. Each Golden Chip has a specific value and can be used for betting like a normal chip. If the Golden Chip menu is available on the dashboard, it means that you have Golden Chips available for you to use in the current game.
The Golden Chip menu displays the value and the amount of the Golden Chips available. If you have been awarded Golden Chips of different value, the menu lists all chip values and their amount. Chips of the same value from different bonuses are added up.

The Info button opens a pop-up with more information about the Golden Chips.

To bet using the Golden Chips, first select the desired Golden Chip value and then place a bet as normally. The remaining amount of Golden Chips decreases respectively.

Note that:

  • More than one Golden Chip can be used during the betting round and you can place Golden Chips on different betting positions. However, the service provider may have limited the number of Golden Chips that can be used in one game.
  • If enabled by the service provider, you can mix Golden Chips with Regular Chips (tied to your Balance) on one betting position.
  • If enabled by the service provider, you can use Golden Chips for:
    • Blind actions during betting round
    • Betting during action rounds (e.g. to Double)
  • If the service provider has enabled the use multiple Golden Chips, the game automatically tries to place these bets with Golden Chips, preferring chips that are closer to the initial Golden Chip bet value.
    • If no more Golden Chips are available, the game uses Regular Chips to place the bet, creating a mixed bet.
    • If mixed bets are not allowed and you do not have enough Golden Chips, or you have reached the limit of allowed Golden Chips in the current game, Regular Chips are used for the bet.
    • Note that the bet is rejected if your Regular Chips balance is too low to cover the bet.
  • You can always make a mixed bet in Roulette and SicBo game.

In case of a Tie or Push, the Golden Chip you bet is returned to you. Note that Tie or Push are featured in Blackjack, Baccarat, Dragon-Tiger and poker games.

You cannot insure a Golden Chip bet or a mixed bet.

When your Golden Chip bet wins, the value of the winning Golden Chip is deducted from your win amount.

All game rounds that are played using Golden Chips are also distinguished in game history with the corresponding (GC) icon.

Due to the nature of these events and due to live transmissions potentially being delayed, we assume no liability for any information, including the score and time of game, being incorrect. Please ensure that you refer to the specific betting rules to see how bets are settled in particular markets. Note that this delay varies between customers and may depend on the setup from which they are receiving the data or pictures.

Live video feeds: Due to the nature of the Internet, video latency may occur. The game has been designed to ensure that players do not have advantage nor are in disadvantage due to the potential latency.

Note on malfunctions: A malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Note on rounding: Bets are always rounded down from the third decimal point. When you are refunded, and the money is transferred to your account balance, any amount smaller than 0.01 is rounded down.

Note on disconnections: If you are disconnected from the Internet in the middle of a game while playing for Real Money, please re-establish your Internet connection and log back into the Casino. You will be automatically directed to the non-live version of the game you were playing so you can finish the game round. Please note that only the cards that were on the table at the moment of disconnection are carried over to such a game round. In some cases, the video stream may allow you to see additional dealer cards drawn or revealed after your disconnection. These cards are not carried over to the non-live game round. Note that side bets are resolved based on the Live game, and not the non-live version of the game.

Rules

Multiplier cards

Each round, up to three (3) special cards are affected by multipliers – multiplier cards. These enhance the payout of only the main bet (see the payout table for info). If the multiplier card in your hand also combines a side bet win, the side bet payout is not affected by the multiplier, it is paid according to the regular payout table.

If the multiplier card is dealt to the dealer, nothing happens.

If you have two (2) or more cards in your hand that match the suit and value of several individual multiplier cards, you are awarded the product of the multipliers.

Example: 6 of Spades has multiplier x5 and 9 of Hearts has multiplier x10. The hand contains two instances of 9 of Hearts and one 6 of Spades. The payout is bet x (5x10).

Note that if you have two (2) or more identical cards in your hand that match the suit and value of one multiplier card, you are awarded the corresponding multiplier only once (also applicable in Split situation.

Blackjack

If you win with the Blackjack combination and your hand contains a multiplier card, the bet is multiplied by the Blackjack payout and the corresponding multiplier (see the payout table for info) but note that your initial bet is not returned to you. All the above applies also when the dealer goes bust.

Double

If you Double and your winning hand contains a multiplier cards, your whole bet is multiplied. In all other aspects, the common doubling rules, as described in the Game Rules section, apply.

Split

If you Split and both new hands have a copy of the same multiplier card, both hand’s bets are multiplied by the corresponding multiplier. This is also the case if you get a multiplier card dealt to a split hand that did not contain it before. In all other aspects, the common splitting rules, as described in the Game Rules section, apply.

Insurance

Multiplier cards have no effect on Insurance.

Push and bust scenarios

When your main bet gets pushed, the multipliers do not apply. When you and the dealer both go bust, you lose your main bet. If the dealer goes bust with three (3) cards but you do not bust, this is also considered a push and you get your bet back. In all other aspects, the common push and bust rules, as described in the Game Rules section, apply.

Game rules

The object of the game is for the total of your cards to be closer to 21 than the dealer’s cards, without exceeding 21. Aces count as either 1 or 11, face cards as 10, and number cards at their face value. Blackjack beats a score of 21.

You can bet on all betting positions within a single game round. If two players are playing on the same position, one may choose to Stand and the other may choose to Hit. In this case, the dealer will deal another card to the position, but the player who chose to Stand will not receive the card.

If you receive an Ace and a ten-value card as your first two cards, you have Blackjack and win 1.5 times your bet (if your bet was 10, you receive 25). If the total value of your cards is closer to 21 than the dealer's, you win your bet amount (if your bet was 10, you receive 20). If the total of your cards is more than 21, you are "bust" and lose your bet. If you and the dealer have the same card total (17 and up) neither win, and your bet is returned to you in a "push".

The dealer draws cards until 16 and always stands on 17 (including soft 17).

Split

If your first two cards have the same value, you may split them into two separate hands by placing a second bet equal to the original bet. You will then draw additional cards to each hand. You may not Split a split hand.

You may draw as many cards as you like on each split hand, but if you split two Aces, you receive only one additional card for each Ace. If you receive an Ace and a ten-value card in a split hand, it is considered 21 and not Blackjack. In this case the payout is 1:1, not 3:2.

Double

If, after you are dealt your first two cards, you think that the third card will allow you to beat the dealer's hand, you can double your bet. The bet amount becomes twice the original (with the difference taken out of your balance), and you are dealt one more card.

You may Double after splitting. If you Double and dealer's first card’s value is 11 (Ace), and the dealer gets Blackjack, you lose both bets. If dealer’s first card’s value is 10, and the dealer gets Blackjack, your Double bet is returned to you.

Insurance

If the dealer shows an Ace in his initial hand, you are given a chance to insure your bet against him having a Blackjack. If you get Insurance, an amount equal to half your original bet is placed separately on the table. If the dealer does have Blackjack, you are paid 2 to 1 on your insurance. This way you do not lose your original bet (because you get the 2x half your original bet, plus the insurance amount back). If the dealer does not have Blackjack, you lose the insurance amount, even if you end up losing.

You can insure any Real Money bet, but not a Golden Chip bet.

Insurance is offered when both you and the dealer have received the second card and the dealer shows an Ace as their first card in their hand. The dealer checks for a Blackjack directly after the insurance round, and if they have a Blackjack, the game round is ended before action time.
